1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Edgeholme website located at edgeholme.com (the "Site"), placing an order, or otherwise engaging with Edgeholme's products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase products from Edgeholme.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, trade account holders, and others who access or use the Site.

Edgeholme is a consumer product brand based in Kansas City, Missouri. References to "Edgeholme," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to the Edgeholme brand and its owner(s).

3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase products from Edgeholme. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
4.1 Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4.3 Availability
Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications at any time without notice.
4.4 Color and Appearance
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual color of products. Matte Black powdercoat finishes may vary slightly between production runs.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
5.1 Order Acceptance
Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5.2 Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt of your order, not an acceptance of it. Acceptance occurs when the order ships.
5.3 Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5.4 Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and current tax requirements.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
6.1 Shipping Times
We aim to ship orders within 2 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Edgeholme.
6.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Edgeholme is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.
6.4 Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at edgeholme.com/policies/refund-policy. Key terms include:
- Standard customers: 30-day return window from delivery date
- Trade account holders: 60-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- No restocking fees
- Damaged items handled on a case-by-case basis

8. WARRANTY
8.1 Limited Warranty
The Arden Wall Sconce carries a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
8.2 Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper installation
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage resulting from use outside the product's rated specifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair
8.3 Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, contact hello@edgeholme.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and supporting photographs. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
8.4 Disclaimer of Other Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDGEHOLME DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. TRADE ACCOUNTS
9.1 Eligibility
Trade accounts are available to qualifying builders, designers, architects, electricians, and other trade professionals, subject to application review and approval at our sole discretion.
9.2 Trade Pricing
Approved trade accounts receive a 15% discount on all orders. Trade pricing is non-transferable and may not be used for resale purposes without prior written authorization from Edgeholme.
9.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend trade account status at any time for any reason, including but not limited to misuse of trade pricing, violation of these Terms, or inactivity.
9.4 Founding Trade Partners
Founding Trade Partner status and associated benefits are governed by a separate Founding Trade Partner Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Founding Trade Partner Agreement, the Founding Trade Partner Agreement controls.

10. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
- Transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Use automated means to access the Site without our prior written consent
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1 Ownership
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, product names, and design elements, is the property of Edgeholme or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.
11.3 Trademarks
"Edgeholme," "Arden," and associated logos and product names are trademarks of Edgeholme. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDGEHOLME AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL EDGEHOLME'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EDGEHOLME IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edgeholme and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
17.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
17.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at hello@edgeholme.com and provide a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receipt.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable Founding Trade Partner Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Edgeholme regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
